Culture Quest is a Dorset-wide initiative designed to inspire children & families to engage with a range of creative & cultural opportunities on their doorstep.
Culture Quest was created by Arts Development Company and developed in collaboration with the Creative Learning Forum run by Arts Development Company. The forum consists of cultural organisations, freelancers, schools & statutory bodies across Dorset.

Culture Quest will bring together Dorset cultural organisations and freelancers to deliver inspiring arts and cultural activity for children aged 5 – 11 in Summer 2026.
How to Take Part in Culture Quest!
Ready for an adventure this summer? Here’s how you can join in the fun:
1. Get your Culture Passport
At the start of the summer holidays, visit your local library and pick up your special Culture Passport.
2. Go on your quest!
Take part in exciting activities happening all across Dorset. You could try:
Arts and Crafts
Books and Storytelling
Dance and Performance
History and Museums
Theatre and Performance
Music
3. Collect stamps
Every time you join an activity, you’ll get a stamp in your passport. How many can you collect?

4. Complete the challenge
Collect 5 stamps to complete your Culture Quest!
5. Claim your rewards
Take your completed passport back to the library to:
Get a certificate to celebrate your achievement
Be entered into a prize draw to win a yearly pass to a cultural venue of your choice
