Corfe Castle Village Horrible Histories Art and Reading Trail

From 29 July – 31 August families can join us for a free trail around Corfe Castle village that will incorporate reading sessions at the library (10-12pm) and art sessions (2-4pm) at Sandy Hill Arts every Wednesday. The highlight of the summer programme will be a day at Sandy Hill Arts on 9th August during which Horrible Histories’ illustrator Martin Brown will give a talk and a drawing workshop. There will also be book signing by The Gory Story of Corfe Castle illustrator Tony Kerins and author Cathy Lewis.

The trail can be done any day throughout the summer from 29 July until the 31 August but the specific dates for the free reading and art workshops are 29th July, 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th August. The full day of talks/ workshops with Horrible Histories illustrator Martin Brown will be 9th August 11-3pm
