A workshop for children and families to create speckled trout lanterns, celebrating Dorset’s rare chalk streams. This workshop is taking place in the lead up to ‘Bubbles and Squeaks’ River Processions on September 26th in Cerne Abbas, and on October 17th in Powerstock.
Children under 8 and / or with SEND should be accompanied by an adult. Workshops will be run by artist Sarah Butterworth. Please be aware that your lantern may be looked after by Emerald Ant and given back to you at the events, (this is to encourage participation).
Participants – up to 15 , aprox. 12 lanterns per workshop
